1. Adjustment on LUXON Contribution Reward

- As the result of DAO proceed on December 2023, LUXON Contribution Reward will be adjusted.

2. New Agents will be added to LUXON Web Quest Reward

- As the new nation, Estoris, will be updated in DESPERADO B218, the agents from Estoris will be added to LUXON Web Quest Rewards.
