In’ ‘DESPERADO B218: The Scars of Exos’, users can raise agents through the ‘Manage Heroes’ menu. Users can raise heroes through the options listed below.
Scout - A system that allows the users to recruit a new hero with randomized Stats.
Grade Up - A system that allow users to upgrade a hero’s Grade.
Stat Up - A system that allows the users to enhance a hero’s Stats.
Depending on the trait and type of a hero, there may be limitations to the Scout, Grade Up, and Stat Up systems.
