Charisma
‘Charisma’ refers to how many times the specific agent can be ‘Scouted’. Some of the agents will have ‘Charisma’ values, 1 'Charisma' each from 2 different agents can be used to obtain a new agent.
‘Charisma’ can only be spent and cannot be recovered after use. Check the link below for more details about the ‘Scout’ system.
