# Skills

Each agent can has both Active and Passive Skills at their disposal.\
The rules for agents, in regards to Skills, are as follows.

* All agents can possess both ‘Passive’ and ‘Active' Skills.
* All agents have a ‘Passive Skills’, but they are completely randomized.
* Agents have a chance of obtaining an ‘Active Skill’ but they are completely randomized. (It is possible to have no Active Skills)
* Epic and Legend Tier agents have a chance of obtaining a ‘Unique Passive’ and ‘Unique Active Skills’.
* Once obtained a ‘Passive’ and ‘Active' Skills cannot be changed.
